1680 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 1680 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

The 1680 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you are a legally eligible user in your jurisdiction. 1680 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend an account until verification is completed.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1680 platform. Account registration requires valid and accurate personal information, including your full name, active email address, and a verifiable mobile number. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. 1680 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party. Suspicious activity — including repeated failed login attempts, the use of VPNs or proxies to bypass geographic restrictions, and fraudulent behaviour — may result in account termination without prior notice.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the 1680 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots, or any tools that manipulate the platform's systems
• Colluding to manipulate the system, cheat, or commit identity fraud
• Transferring funds between multiple accounts for money laundering purposes
• Exploiting any technical errors or bugs in the system for unfair advantage
• Sharing account access or selling usage rights to a third party

1680 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action at our sole discretion, including reporting to the relevant authorities.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 1680 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. 1680 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and are typically completed within one to five business days.

1680 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals for security or compliance investigation purposes. Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user. All transactions are final and non-reversible except under specific circumstances such as verified technical errors.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 1680 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions caused by system maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

All content on the 1680 platform — including logos, graphics, user interfaces, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1680 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written permission.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 1680 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing any third-party site is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Suspension & Termination Policy

1680 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions, submission of false information during registration, suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, or at the user's own request.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Before the account closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned upon completion of the required identity verification process.
